The hard part of a destination wedding is not the music, it is getting a full production to a place that does not have one and having it work on the first attempt, with no second truck and no hire shop down the road.

Power gets confirmed in advance rather than discovered, because a property that has never hosted a full production often has beautiful spaces and nowhere near enough of it in the right places. And somebody checks what the local voltage and plug standard actually are before anything is shipped.

The other half is the guest list. When everybody has traveled, the weekend has to justify the flights, which means the Friday and the Sunday carry more weight than they would at home, and the arrival day matters more than almost anything because that is when people who have never met decide which group they are in for the rest of the trip.

We have produced weddings across Florida, Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania, the Northeast, and internationally, and we travel with our own crew rather than subcontracting the room to somebody we have never worked with.
