Why Marco specifically

Three reasons most Marco couples actually pick the island: easiest Gulf-Coast guest logistics (RSW airport in Fort Myers is 50 minutes; MIA is 2 hours), resort-property buyouts that put the entire guest list on the same property for a 2- or 3-day weekend, and fewer competing weddings than Naples on any given Saturday, calendars open up more than people expect.

Seasonality

Peak Marco Island wedding season is mid-October through May. Same wind/water/sunset profile as Naples, with the additional advantage that the island faces directly west, sunset ceremonies look the way couples actually picture them. Hurricane-aware booking practices apply June through November.

Weekend format

Marco weddings are particularly well-suited to the Signature Wedding Weekend format, most of our Marco couples run a Friday welcome night at Snook Inn or the resort, the wedding day on Saturday, and a Sunday brunch on the resort pool deck or at a private beachfront residence. Our hosted trivia, music bingo, and game show formats are common Friday-night programming.

Production realities

Beach ceremonies at JW or Hilton Marco require wind-resilient mic setups and a sand-load-in plan. Resort properties have specific amplified-sound restrictions on the beach (typically 10 PM outdoor cutoff); after-parties move indoors to the resort lounge or to a private suite. We've already worked every venue, every load-in, every gotcha, local-resident production is the reason couples don't end up babysitting a vendor over text the week of the wedding.
