We run dedicated teams in Pittsburgh, PA and Southwest Florida. The Gulf Coast column covers Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral, served from our Punta Gorda home base with no travel surcharge. Florida Keys packages include travel from Key Largo to Key West.

How payments work
Simple 40/30/30 split, spelled out on your contract before you sign. If your event is inside 60 or 30 days, the matching payment is simply due at signing — no surprises later.

Travel policy
No travel surcharge within our Pittsburgh and Southwest Florida home markets. Florida Keys packages include travel from Key Largo to Key West. For destination weddings anywhere in the US or abroad, travel is built into your custom quote up front — one number, no pass-through expense reports.
