By accessing moderneraweddings.com, our client/artist/venue portals, or any communication we send, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Services

Modern Era Weddings provides DJ, emcee, lighting, photo booth, videography, photography, and multi-day Signature Wedding Weekend production. The specific services, dates, and fees applicable to your event are governed by your signed proposal/contract, which controls over any general statement on this site.

Bookings, deposits, cancellations

A signed contract and the deposit listed on that contract are required to reserve your date. Cancellation, postponement, and refund terms are stated in your contract.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access portals or data that aren't yours, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the site to send spam or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Site content, brand marks, photography, and written copy are owned by Modern Era Weddings or the credited photographers and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Real-wedding photos are used with the couple's and photographer's consent.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, our liability for any claim arising out of use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. Liability for services rendered at an event is governed by your signed contract.

Privacy & messaging

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information. Marketing email/SMS programs are opt-in; reply STOP to any promotional text to unsubscribe, and use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising under or related to these Terms or your contract will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, unless your signed contract specifies otherwise.
