Naples Wedding Venue Guide: 12 Best Venues from Beachfront to Botanical

By Modern Era Team April 1, 2026 12 min read
From the Ritz-Carlton to Naples Botanical Garden, here are the dozen Naples venues we've worked with most, including capacity, vibe, and what each one is actually like to produce a wedding at.

Naples is the crown jewel of Southwest Florida wedding country. Gulf-front sunsets, Forbes-rated resorts, and a winter season so packed that the best venues book out 14 months in advance.

We've produced weddings at every venue on this list. Here's the honest insider take.

The big-five resort venues

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, The benchmark Naples upscale wedding. Multiple ballrooms, beachfront ceremony lawn, world-class catering. Books 14+ months ahead for Saturdays. Expect a venue minimum that approaches $100K in peak season.

Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, Recently renovated, the most history of any Naples beachfront wedding venue. Excellent ballroom acoustics. Great middle ground between Ritz-level elegance and accessible pricing.

LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, Boutique-feeling versus the larger resorts. Beachfront ceremony and an intimate ballroom. Strong choice for weddings under 150 guests.

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point (Bonita Springs), Technically in Bonita, 25 minutes north of downtown Naples. Sprawling resort with multiple ceremony locations. Great for larger weddings (200+).

The Inn on Fifth, Boutique downtown Naples hotel. Rooftop ceremonies with Gulf views. Best for couples who want a downtown urban wedding feel rather than a resort.

The garden and museum venues

Naples Botanical Garden, One of our favorite Naples venues. The Kapnick Caribbean Garden makes a stunning ceremony backdrop. Strict noise ordinance, music must end by 10 PM. We design around it.

Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, Yes, you can get married at the zoo. Surprisingly photogenic. Limited capacity but unforgettable for the right couple.

The yacht club and private estate venues

Naples Sailing & Yacht Club, Members-only but accessible via member sponsorship. Bayfront sunset ceremonies with a more intimate ballroom.

Bay Colony Beach Club, Members-only. Some of the most beautiful private beach access in Naples.

Port Royal Club, Members-only. Old-money Naples wedding venue. Worth the access if you can get it.

The downtown and unique venues

Bayfront, Open-air promenade with multiple bar and restaurant options. Great for cocktail-style receptions or rehearsal dinners.

Mercato, Outdoor lifestyle plaza with rooftop ceremony space at Sea Salt. Modern, less traditional Naples wedding feel.

Best months for a Naples wedding

Peak season is December through April, perfect weather, no rain, sunsets between 5:30 and 7:45 PM. May and November are excellent shoulder months. Summer (June-September) is hot, humid, and prone to afternoon thunderstorms, but pricing drops 30-40% and you can have your pick of dates.

What it costs to get married in Naples

A full Naples Saturday wedding for 150 guests typically runs $90,000-$200,000 all-in for a resort venue, including catering, venue, photo, video, florals, entertainment, and planning. Smaller garden or downtown venues can land in the $50,000-$80,000 range.
