A later Club Vibe Lighting booking

Club Vibe Lighting appears in an August 2025 Pennsylvanian booking. It gives you a different service to ask about alongside the earlier pin spot and uplighting example.

The Pennsylvanian wedding questions

How many guests does the Grand Hall hold?
We are not going to print a number here, because the venue does not publish one and the third party listings that do disagree with each other, including on the height of the ceiling. Ask Placemakr for the Grand Hall and Rotunda capacities for the setup you actually want, and we will plan the lighting off the room rather than off a listing.
Who runs the building?
The Pennsylvanian is operated by Placemakr, and we are on the preferred vendor list, confirmed with the venue in September 2026.
What time does the music have to stop?
There is no published end time. This is a building with residences above the event space, so it is worth asking the question early and getting the answer into your contract rather than finding it out in the week of the wedding.
Are there rules about sparks, fog or open flame?
Nothing is published either way, which is not the same as being allowed. Say what you were picturing for the exit and Placemakr can answer it in writing before anything gets designed around it.
